Will Keiper is a prosperous and internationally known business consultant and on-demand leader who has worked with clients all over the world. He is so gifted in taking companies in distress and turning them around that he doesn’t have time to serve all who need him.

Yet Will is so dedicated to his own craft, sharpening his saw, that he once attended my coaching school as a student in order to learn more about being creative in “enrolling” clients. He once told me that one of the greatest insights about enrollment for his own practice was the strategy of beginning to add value for the potential client BEFORE he was engaged. He loved the idea that a potential client has to pay you to NOT stop working, and has raised it to a high art in enrolling clients.

Always looking for a new challenge, Will recently committed to do the deep research and co-write a book with me on mindful aging called THE WELL BEING BUCKET LIST. It was released late last year, and well-received.

In our new book together THE LEADER and THE COACH, Will shares his long experience and wisdom about leadership and building culture. It’s a subject he’s passionate about. Typical of his full-engagement approach to life, he also created a blog based on our book and has already contributed a number of provocative and eye-opening posts..

Many of my corporate clients and friends in the coaching business have already told me how much they’re learning and growing from his timely ideas and insights.
